Yamaha GP1200R | XL1200 LTD | XLT 1200 - Power Valve Controller by Pro-Tec.

- Adjustable between 4650 and 6250 RPM

- Opens valves quicker than stock

- Overrides powervalve auto-closure function

- Compliments every performance combination

Considered a must for all Yamaha GP1200R and XL1200 LTD with any level of modification to their engine. The Adjustable Power Valve Controller can be set to eight different settings between 4650 and 6250 RPM and, the controller will not shut the valves at high RPM as the stock system does. The OEM servo closes the valve at 7400 RPM which could be devastating for a competition engine.

The Pro-Tec Controller completely opens the valves between 150 and 200 RPM. The OEM controller is slower taking 800 RPM to open the valves, then closes the valve at 7400 RPM.
