Polaris Ranger RZR - Sprague Carrier | Front Roller Cage
Product Description
Polaris Ranger RZR - Sprague Carrier | Front Roller Cage
RZR Sprague Carrier is a replacement carrier for the front differential. This is factory replacement part that is used either to prevent front differential failure, or to fix a broken front differential.
The factory cage is the first thing that fails on the front differential when there is excess wheel spin, and then instant traction.
This billet cage took 6 months to develop and is a necessity for people that want to drive hard, and play all weekend long!
This is THE solution for your front differential roller cage always breaking. You won't be replacing your sprague carrier again with a cheap plastic stock version again. You can upgrade it with our Heavy Duty 6061 Hardened Aluminum carrier that will withstand all the abuse you can throw at it.
This part was designed to handle tons of abuse so you can spend more time driving and less time side lined on the trail. Whether you have dealt with this part failing in the past or want to prevent it from ever happening, this is one modification that will be well worth the time and effort. This part is the first part that breaks in a front differential when driving aggressively.
Polaris uses a magnetic mechanism to engage the 4 wheel drive. The most important part of this system is a Sprague carrier, it is a plastic cage that engages the 4 wheel drive. The problem is that the stock component is not strong enough to hold up to aggressive driving or jumping and will break usually with no noise or sign of malfunction other than loss of 4 wheel drive. This was designed with the mind set of saving crucial differential parts. Dragonfire has a solution for this problem. Our Hard Anodized Sprague will do everything the stock one does but it will take much more of a beating. Through our years of testing we have found a way to make them hold up to about anything, we also made them weak enough to break before your differential. Absolutely crucial to anyone driving hard or jumping.
